淋巴引流治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛的可行性分析

摘要

DOMS是指机体进行大强度运动后出现的肌肉酸痛，研究表明DOMS是限制运动员运动能力提高的一个亟
待解决的问题，因此，DOMS的产生机制和治疗方法已成为运动领域研究的热点。徒手淋巴引流技术具有促进淋巴
液流动；镇静、镇痛；加速肿胀吸收；降低炎症反应，加速清除组织代谢物等功能，该文章对DOMS产生机制、常
规治疗方法进行分析，同时通过徒手淋巴引流技术现阶段的应用，对该技术在DOMS治疗中的可行性进行分析，为
治疗提供新的选择。
