摘要

的局限性,最后我们已经讨论了一些开放的研究问题和未来研究的领域。
自从通过比特币引入区块链以来,一直在研究将其应用扩展到非金融用例。医疗保健是区块链有望产生重大影
响的行业之一。这方面的研究相对较新,但发展迅速;因此,健康信息学研究人员和从业人员一直在努力跟上这一
领域的研究进展。本文报告了对区块链技术在医疗保健中应用的正在进行的研究的系统评价。研究方法基于系统评
价和元分析(PRISMA)指南的首选报告项目和系统映射研究过程,其中使用精心设计的搜索协议搜索四个科学数
据库,以识别、提取和分析所有相关出版物。审查表明,许多研究为区块链在医疗保健中的应用提出了不同的用例;
然而,缺乏足够的原型实现和研究来描述这些提议用例的有效性。该审查进一步强调了医疗保健区块链应用程序开
发的最新技术、它们的局限性以及未来研究的领域。因此,为此,仍然需要更多的研究来更好地理解、表征和评估
区块链在医疗保健中的效用。
