ICSI在解决生殖问题中的应用及存在问题

摘要

由于多种因素的影响，男性精液质量出现下降趋势，为了解决IVF技术也无法解决的问题如严重的少弱精
子症，卵胞浆内单精子注射技术（ICSI）诞生。本文通过回顾性分析和查找大量文献等方法，分析了ICSI的发展进
程与主要应用以及目前ICSI在临床应用中遇见的问题。通过分析发现，使用ICSI导致子代出生缺陷率为2.33%，明
显高于我国卫生部所公布全国出生缺陷数据，并且在临床使用该技术过程中可能会对男性身心造成一定的影响，同
时精子选择不当也会降低ICSI的成功率。因此，ICSI可以解决大部分男性因素不孕问题，但是其导致先天畸形的风
险，精子优选问题仍需要进一步全面详细的研究。
