摘要


过敏性疾病的流行被认为是全球健康面临的主要挑战之一。尽管这种流行率迅速增加的确切机制尚不清楚,
但新出现的证据表明遗传和环境因素起着重要作用。近年来,免疫系统、微生物群、病毒和细菌都与过敏性疾病的
发作有关。避免接触过敏原是最好的治疗选择;但是,也使用类固醇、抗组胺药和其他缓解症状的药物。过敏原生
物信息学包括用于管理、存档和分析过敏数据的计算工具 /方法和过敏原相关数据资源。本研究重点介绍了过敏原生
物信息学中的过敏促进机制、算法和概念,以及过敏学领域未来研究的主要领域。
