结肠癌治疗的发展研究

摘要


对肿瘤的标准诊断通常基于应用细胞毒性药物,放疗,化疗以及术后,靶向药物在结肠癌的化疗用药和术
前化疗过程中起着关键性作用,能够延长结肠癌病人的生存期,从而改善他们的生存质量。本研究概括了结肠癌靶
向药物疗法的主要靶向药物,及其新型治疗药物的研究进展。
