基于皮肤基底细胞癌的肿瘤整形外科与预防医学研究 并进行卫生经济学讨论

摘要


皮肤基底细胞癌是一种在皮肤表面进行深度浸润的恶性癌症,它的发生机制与基因在基于辐射,紫外线以
及理化因素的刺激下出现突变,生成免疫系统无法特异性识别的抗原发生免疫逃逸为主要发病机制之一,基于皮肤
基底细胞癌的整形外科治疗可以完成对患者术后美观的优化,我们尝试对具体的预防与手术过程进行分析并结合卫
生经济学进行讨论。
