TACE联合RFA治疗大肝癌对肿瘤病灶直径及CA199水平的效果

摘要

目的：论TACE联合RFA治疗在大肝癌患者中的应用。方法：随机选择在医治的大肝癌患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取TACE治疗（对照组），另50例实施TACE联合RFA治疗（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果：对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组治疗方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗之后观察组患者生存率、治疗效果、治疗前后的肿瘤直径、治疗后7d的肿瘤标志物指标明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用本研究方法进行治疗，可有效改善预后、肿瘤病灶直径和CA199水平，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
