在人血小板中添加谷氨酰胺可防止紫外线C诱导的血小板活化的毒性作用

目的:血小板的主要功能是预防出血。输血血小板既可以预防,也可以治疗。从血液和血液成分的储存角度来看,世界各地都遵循标准协议,以确保血库的安全运行。利用紫外-c光处理血小板已成为血库保存血小板浓度的一种有价值的方法。然而,它的有害作用仍然存在,如激活血小板,从而失去其生理功能。本研究旨在证明在血小板浓缩液中添加谷氨酰胺可以预防UV-C的毒性作用。这项研究是用人类或小鼠的血小板进行的。所有实验均采用阳性对照和阴性对照,以确保实验结果的有效性。在血小板暴露于适当剂量的UV-C之前和之后评估体外血栓形成。为了评估50mM谷氨酰胺对血小板的细胞毒性作用,使用甲基噻唑四唑(MTT)来验证活力效应。我们已经成功地证明,使用谷氨酰胺可以减轻血小板浓缩物暴露于UV-C期间所造成的生理损害。我们的研究表明,添加适当浓度的谷氨酰胺可以保留UV-C对血小板的毒性作用。
