慢性便秘中西医结合诊疗研究进展

摘要

慢性便秘作为症状学诊断是临床胃肠病学的重要组成部分本文通过文献检索发现慢性便秘在全 球范围内均较普遍，不仅 损害患者的躯体及精神心理健康，其诊治过程也造成巨大的经济负担，严重影响患者生活质量，此外慢性便秘亦未引起人们的足够重 视。本文就慢性便秘治疗的相关进展进行总结，其治疗主要集中在非药物调整及药物治疗方面，外科手术因其风险尚未广泛普及。
