透明质酸面部填充致血管栓塞的防治进展

摘要

随着微创注射的发展，越来越多的顾客选择注射透明质酸（Hyaluronic Acid），但随之并发症也在增加。在主动并发症中，栓塞属于最凶险的。如何预防和及时辨别透明质酸的栓塞，并及时进行早期干预和纠正，对于整形临床医生来说，有重大的意义。关于栓塞跟注射部位、进针方向、进针速度的关系；栓塞与受压血管的关系；栓塞在动脉血管和静脉血管的各自危害和表现形式。临床上没有统一的标准，需要进一步的实验。
