人工肱骨头置换术治疗Neer四部分肱骨近端骨折中期疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨人工肱骨头置换术治疗Neer四部分肱骨近端骨折患者中期疗效以及影响疗效相关因素。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月到2017年3月我院32例人工肱骨头置换术治疗Neer四部分肱骨近端骨折病例。患者男9例，女23例，患者平均年龄69.9岁（56-87岁）。临床功能评价使用Constant–Murley评分（CMS）。结果：肩关节主动活动范围为：前屈（115°±28.53°）、外旋（35°±13.52°）、内旋T12（T8-L5）。CMS评分为（60±18.01），末次CMS评分直线相关性分析提示其与年龄具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：人工肱骨头置换术后，年龄对术后患者功能具有影响作用。
