摘要

腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术的应用较为广泛，但手术操作较为复杂，术后很容易出现并发症，因此需要充分了解腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术的正常解剖与变异，掌握术中出血控制与处理的具体方式，了解不同组织特点，加强围术期管理。另外腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术中，消化道重建与手术的应用进展是其重要研究方向，更强调结合患者病情的实际情况，选择相应的手术方式。本文主要综述腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术策略与技巧，以及当前此项手术的发展情况，以此来展现出微创手术优势，提高治疗效果。 Laparoscopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery is widely used, but the operation is complicated, and complications are easy to occur after surgery. Therefore, it is necessary to fully understand the normal anatomy and variation of laparoscopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery, master the specific methods of bleeding control and treatment during surgery, understand the characteristics of different tissues, and strengthen perioperative management.In addition, the application of gastrointestinal reconstruction and surgery is an important research direction in laparoscopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery.This article mainly reviews the strategies and techniques of laparoscopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery, and the current development of this operation, so as to show the advantages of minimally invasive surgery and improve the therapeutic effect.
