中医护理对踝关节骨折患者的临床干预分析 Clinical Intervention Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Patients with Ankle Fracture

摘要

目的：探究中医护理对踝关节骨折患者的临床干预效果。方法：选取我院2021年4月-2022年3月期间我院收治的踝关节骨折患者共116例，将所有患者随机均分为2组，各58例。参照组患者接受常规护理，研究组患者则应用中医护理，对比2组患者护理前后疼痛评分（NRS）、踝关节活动度、恢复时间以及护理满意度。结果：护理前2组患者NRS评分及踝关节活动度并无显著差异（P＞0.05），经护理干预后，研究组患者NRS评分相较于参照组患者显著下降，且跖屈、背曲活动度相较于参照组患者显著提升，同时研究组患者恢复时间更短护理满意度显著提升，组间差异统计学意义显现（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理对于踝关节骨折患者而言，具有较高的应用意义，患者经护理干预后，踝关节恢复效果良好，对患者生活质量有显著保障。且护理后患者恢复周期缩短，疼痛度下降，对患者满意度提升更为显著，该护理干预措施应用意义显著，值得进行临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the clinical intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with ankle fracture.Methods: A total of 116 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 58 cases each.The patients in the reference group received routine nursing, while the patients in the study group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The pain score (NRS), ankle joint activity, recovery time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results: There was no significant difference in NRS score and ankle joint activity between the two groups before nursing (P >0.05). After nursing intervention, the NRS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the activity of plantar flexion and dorsiflexion was significantly higher than that of the control group. At the same time, the recovery time of the study group was shorter, and the satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has high application significance for patients with ankle fracture.After nursing intervention, the recovery effect of ankle joint is good and the quality of life of patients is significantly guaranteed.After nursing, the recovery cycle of patients was shortened, the degree of pain was decreased, and the degree of satisfaction of patients was improved more significantly.The application of nursing intervention was significant, and it was worthy of clinical application.
