老年功能性消化不良的护理干预对策 Nursing intervention of functional dyspepsia in the elderly

摘要

目的：探讨老年功能性消化不良的护理干预对策。方法：获得院伦理委员会准许和患者及其家属同意后，抽选本院在2020年3月-2021年4月期间收治的老年功能性消化不良患者共计64例，将患者的入院序号完全打乱，使用双盲法将其划分为实验A组和实验B组。其中，实验A组共计32例，应用常规护理，实验B组共计44例，应用针对性护理。在此期间，护理人员要准确和详细记录下需要进行观察的指标，以便为后期研究提供数据支持。结果：根据研究数据可知，实验B组患者负性情绪评分、生活质量、临床治疗效果、护理满意度均优于实验A组，P＜0.05。结论：就本次研究所得的具体数据做对比分析发现，在老年功能性消化不良的护理中，需要采用针对性护理开开展具体的护理工作，护理效果较为显著，可以帮助患者减轻负性情绪，极大提升患者生活质量，提升临床疗效，推动患者康复进程，提升患者对护理工作的满意度。各项数据对比发现，采用该护理方式比之于应用常规护理具有明显的优势，因而，可推广。 Objective: To explore the nursing intervention of functional dyspepsia in the elderly.Methods:64 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group A and experimental group B.There were 32 cases in group A and 44 cases in group B.During this period, the nursing staff shall accurately and carefully record the indexes to be observed to provide data support for later research.Results: According to the research data, the negative emotion score, quality of life, clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of group B were better than group A (P <0.05).Conclusion: Through the comparative analysis of the specific data obtained in this study, it is found that in the nursing of elderly functional dyspepsia, it is necessary to carry out specific nursing work with targeted nursing, and the nursing effect is more significant, which can help patients reduce negative emotions, greatly improve the quality of life of patients, improve clinical efficacy, promote the rehabilitation process of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.Compared with the routine nursing, this nursing method has obvious advantages and can be popularized.
