个性化护理在肝胆外科微创手术患者中的应用效果 Application of individualized nursing in patients undergoing minimally invasive operation of hepatobiliary surgery

摘要

目的：探究个性化护理在肝胆外科微创手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取在2019年1月至2021年1月本院肝胆外科收治的80例微创手术患者，随机分为观察组（个性化护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40人。结果：相比于对照组（75.0%），观察组护理满意度（95.0%）较高（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组SAS、SDS评分，疼痛症状评分及COR、NE、E水平均较低（P<0.05）；观察组睡眠质量评分也低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在肝胆外科微创手术患者中运用个性化护理可以获得更为理想的干预效果。 Objective: To explore the effect of individualized nursing in patients undergoing minimally invasive operation of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods: From January 2019 to January 2021,80 patients were randomly divided into observation group (individualized nursing) and control group (routine nursing).Results: Compared with the control group (75.0%), the nursing satisfaction of the observation group (95.0%) was higher (P <0.05); after intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, pain symptoms, COR, NE, E water in the observation group were lower (P <0.05); the scores of sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The application of personalized nursing care in patients undergoing minimally invasive operation of hepatobiliary surgery can obtain more ideal intervention effect.
