糖尿病足再次感染患者的伤口护理及健康教育 Wound nursing and health education for patients with diabetic foot re-infection

摘要

目的：探究对糖尿病足再次感染患者实施伤口护理及健康教育的临床效果。方法：选取在2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的80例糖尿病足再次感染患者，随机分为观察组（伤口护理及健康教育）和对照组（常规护理）各40人。结果：相比于对照组，观察组护理总有效率（95.0%）较高，复发率（7.5%）较低（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组自我管理能力、心理弹性评分均较高（P<0.05）。结论：对糖尿病足再次感染患者实施伤口护理及健康教育可以获得更为理想的干预效果。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of wound nursing and health education for patients with diabetic foot re-infection.Methods: From January 2020 to January 2021,80 patients with diabetic foot re-infection were randomly divided into observation group (wound nursing and health education) and control group (routine nursing).Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate (95.0%) was higher and the recurrence rate (7.5%) was lower in the observation group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Wound nursing and health education for patients with diabetic foot re-infection can achieve better intervention effect.
