化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的应用 Application of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of tumor biomarkers
摘要
目的:探讨在肿瘤生物标志物检验中应用化学发光免疫法的应用效果。方法:获得院伦理委员会准许和患者及其家属同意后,选取我院近两年收治的肿瘤患者68例设为实验A组,并抽选在我院进行体检且体检结果为健康的人员共计68例,将其设为实验B组,采用化学发光免疫法的方式,对两组人员进行检验。在整个检验过程中,需准确和详细记录下需要进行观察的指标(AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199),以便为后期研究提供数据支持。结果:根据研究数据可知,实验A组AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199的水平分别为:(998.10±320.12)ng/L、(82.45±16.25)ng/L、(511.23±17.42)U/L、(516.25±65.35)U/L、(411.26±34.25)U/L,实验B组AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199的水平分别为:(769.23±63.10)ng/L、(18.01±3.23)ng/L、(230.17±20.36)U/L、(310.25±23.13)U/L、(120.27±10.57)U/L,实验A组五种肿瘤生物标志物的检验水平相较于实验B组来说明显更高,组间数据差异较大,P<0.05;实验A组AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199的阳性检出率分别为:55.88%、61.76%、58.82%、57.35%、67.65%,实验B组AFP、CEA、CA125、CA153、CA199的阳性检出率均为0,实验A组五种肿瘤生物标志物阳性检出率较实验B组更高,组间数据差异较大,P<0.05。结论:就本次研究所得的具体数据做对比分析发现,在肿瘤生物标志物检验中,需要采用化学发光免疫法来开展具体的检验工作,对提高临床检验效果帮助较大,为临床上对该疾病的诊断提供了有效依据,可推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in the detection of tumor biomarkers.Methods:68 cases of tumor patients admitted to our hospital in recent two years were selected as experimental group A, and 68 cases of healthy subjects were selected as experimental group B. Chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to test the two groups.During the whole inspection process, it is required to accurately and carefully record the indexes to be observed (AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153, CA199), so as to provide data support for later study.Results: The levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 in experimental group A were (998.10±320.12) ng/L,(82.45±16.25) ng/L,(511.23±17.42) U/L,(516.25±65.35) U/L and (411.26±34.25) U/L, respectively.The levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 in experimental group B were (769.23±63.10) ng/L,(18.01±3.23) ng/L,(230.17±20.36) U/L,(310.25±23.13) U/L and (120.27±10.57) U/L, respectively.The positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 in group A were 55.88%,61.76%,58.82%,57.35% and 67.65% respectively. The positive rates of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 in group B were all 0. The positive rates of five kinds of tumor biomarkers in group A were higher than those in group B, and the difference was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: The comparative analysis of the specific data obtained in this study shows that the chemiluminescence immunoassay is needed to carry out the specific test work in the tumor biomarker test, which is helpful to improve the clinical test effect, and provides an effective basis for the clinical diagnosis of the disease and can be popularized.
