一种生物发酵合成制备麦角硫因的方法 Method for preparing ergot factor by biological fermentation
摘要
麦角硫因属于细胞生理保护剂的一种,常用于食品、饮料、化妆品、药品等。该行业具有广阔的应用前景,现生物合成成为研究麦角硫因制备方法的热点。近年来,在发现麦角硫因生物的合成途径、生物合成关键酶的提取、天然食用真菌方面有了新的进展。高产工程菌的开发也在研制进程中。从分子层面深入认识麦角硫因生物的合成调节机制,并以此利用发酵、新陈代谢和合成生物学的新技术,以期大幅度增加麦角硫因的生物合成水平。 Ergothionein belongs to one kind of cell physiology protective agent, commonly used in food, beverage, cosmetics, medicine, etc.The industry has broad application prospects, and biosynthesis has become a hot topic in the preparation of ergot.In recent years, new progress has been made in the discovery of biosynthetic pathways of ergot, extraction of key enzymes for biosynthesis, and natural edible fungi.Development of high-yield engineering bacteria is also in progress.In order to increase the biosynthesis level of ergot, the biosynthesis regulation mechanism of ergot was studied from the molecular level, and the new technology of fermentation, metabolism and biosynthesis biology was utilized.
