急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响 Effect of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation

摘要

目的：探究急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响。方法：选取我院急诊在2019年5月至2021年5月收治的120例心肺复苏患者，随机分为观察组（急诊护理干预）和对照组（常规护理）各60人。结果：观察组护理总有效率（90.0%）高于对照组（70.0%），不良反应发生率（6.7%）低于对照组（26.7%），（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组血气指标、生活质量改善更明显（P<0.05）。结论：急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响十分显著。 Objective: To explore the effect of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods: From May 2019 to May 2021,120 CPR patients were randomly divided into observation group (emergency nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing).Results: The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group (90.0%) was higher than that in the control group (70.0%), and the incidence of adverse reactions (6.7%) was lower than that in the control group (26.7%)(P <0.05).Conclusion: Emergency nursing intervention has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
