新手护士在肿瘤部门第一年实习的感受

刚毕业入职的护士在交流和处理临床情况时通常会表现不安。师徒计划是为了培养新护士的能力而设立的。许多机构帮助他们的新护士设计了一个特殊的计划,以帮助他们顺利过渡和学习工作所必需能力。目的:本研究旨在确定护士的满意度和感知,探讨和衡量在肿瘤部门中护士的体验与满意度关系。方法:本文采用横断面描述性设计,参与者由2018年4月至2019年4月被医院聘用的所有护士组成。结果:共有101名21-40岁的应届毕业生对调查进行了回复(回复率57%)。他们在医院完成实习的新毕业生来说,项目的时间长短从8周到12周不等,应届毕业护士通常4到6周可完成医院实习。当被要求分享他们的经历时,受访者展现出一种自信和舒适的感觉,69.3%的受访者选择了工作量,包括组织架构、优先排序、感觉不知所措、耐心敏锐度等方面,并认为是最困难的过渡经历。研究表明,护士的经验和他们的满意度(工资、福利待遇、工作机会和职业发展)之间存在显著的正相关关系,而护士的经验和他们对积极因素和专业满意度的看法之间存在显著的负相关关系。结论:研究结果反映了在第一年的实践中经历的担心、压力和信心等的挑战。新毕业护士的经验和声音将积极反映在实践中。
