CRRT治疗重症胰腺炎对血清Ghrelin及PCT水平的价值

摘要

目的：论CRRT治疗在重症胰腺炎患者中的应用。方法：随机选择在我院医治的重症胰腺炎患者100例，按随机方式分组，其中50例采取基础治疗（对照组），另50例实施CRRT治疗（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果：对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组治疗方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗之后观察组患者临床指标缓解时间、治疗后血清学指标水平、生命体征指标、总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用本研究方法进行治疗，不仅可以缓解患者的症状，还可以减轻胰腺微循环障碍，对患者的预后有积极影响，值得临床推广应用。
