蓝光联合支持治疗方案治疗新生儿病理性黄疸对血清TBIL 及CK-MB水平的价值

摘要

目的：探究分析新生儿病理性黄疸患儿施行蓝光联合支持治疗的效果。方法：加入此次研究的研究对象为在2020年2月-2021年2月期间收治的72例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿。以随机数字表法分为对照组（36例，蓝光治疗），实验组（36例，蓝光联合支持治疗）。比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗有效率相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组血清TBIL及CK-MB相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组相关指标相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。结论：在新生儿病理性黄疸患儿治疗中采取蓝光联合支持治疗方案治疗效果较为凸显，可在临床上积极推广。
