低频脉冲电治疗慢性盆腔炎对VAS评分及IL-1β水平的价值

摘要


目的:探讨在慢性盆腔炎的治疗中应用低频脉冲电治疗后患者的疼痛情况与炎症指标变化,评价低频脉冲电治疗的实际应用价值。方法:按照研究纳入标注与排除标准从2021年1月~2021年12月内的慢性盆腔炎患者中选取140例作为研究对象,编号1~140号,数字排序后输入电脑随机分为对照组与实验组,各70例,对照组患者接受奥硝唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,实验组在常规用药基础上増加低频脉冲电治疗,对比治疗后患者炎症指标、疼痛情况、治疗有效率以及治疗不良反应发生率。结果:不同治疗方案实施下,得出如下结果:(1)实验组炎症指标(IL-1β、IL-8、IL-10)水平有效改善;(2)实验组患者疼痛程度降低;(3)实验组治疗效率更高,上述指标具有统计学差异(P<0.05);(4)两组用药不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在慢性盆腔炎的治疗中,应用低频脉冲电治疗能够改善炎症指标、缓解疾病疼痛,对于疾病预后有显著的改善,同时该治疗方案应用安全性较高,不会导致严重不良反应,临床效果好,有推广使用价值。
