腹腔镜手术治疗胆结石对并发症发生率及血清胆红素水平的效果

摘要

目的：探究对胆结石患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效及对其并发症发生率、血清胆红素水平的影响。方法：抽选于2020年2月~2022年2月期间的胆结石患者100例，根据电脑随机原则划分组别，即对照组、研究组，各50例，均行胆囊切除术，其中对照组接受传统开腹术治疗，研究组接受腹腔镜术治疗。评价及对比两组的围术期指标、并发症发生率、血清胆红素水平、疼痛程度。结果：研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，研究组的并发症率明显降低（P＜0.05）；研究组的血清胆红素水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组的疼痛程度低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对胆结石患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗，具有手术时间短、出血少、恢复快等优势，可降低胆红素水平，且还能减轻疼痛，患者耐受性更好、认可度更高。
