多西环素联合地塞米松治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿对治疗效果及肺功能指标的作用

摘要

目的：探究分析肺炎支原体肺炎患儿施行多西环素联合地塞米松治疗的效果。方法：加入此次研究的研究对象为在2020年1月~2021年1月期间收治的58例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿。以随机数字表法分为对照组（29例，地塞米松治疗），实验组（29例，多西环素联合地塞米松治疗）。比较两组治疗效果。结果：实验组肺功能指标相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。实验组炎症细胞因子指标相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组B7-H3指标相比较对照组较低（P＜0.05），APOCI指标相比较对照组较高（P＜0.05）。结论：在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗中采取 多西环素联合地塞米松治疗效果较为凸显，可在临床上积极推广。
