如何正确面对青春期叛逆

摘要

目的：当今社会，学业的压力、家庭培养方式的变化以及周围环境中形形色色的观念，都或多或少会对青少年的心理认知和精神状态产生影响，导致其中一部分受到青春期叛逆的困扰，并且这一部分青少年的人数还在呈上升趋势。对于青春期叛逆的研究始终是心理学的一个重点，近年来，研究的深度和角度也有了新的面貌。但是，相对青春期叛逆的起因、结果研究，围绕如何正确面对叛逆心理、采取何种合理措施的研究还不是很多。事实上，这样的研究更有其现实价值。当青少年出现叛逆心理的时候，家长、老师及其他关联人群更为关注的是如何开导、帮助他们走出情绪的低谷，回归到正常轨道上来。有鉴于此，本文聚焦于寻找解决青春期叛逆最有效的方法，通过文献梳理、问卷调查和沟通访谈等形式，做一些粗浅的尝试。
