TGF-β1 与 EMT 在妇科肿瘤中的联系

摘要


目的:TGF-β1 在肿瘤发生发展过程中扮演了双重角色,在肿瘤的早期阶段,它是有效的肿瘤抑制因子;在肿瘤的晚期阶段,它则发挥了促进肿瘤转移的作用。上皮间质转化(EMT)是肿瘤侵袭和转移的关键过程,TGF-β1 作用于肿瘤细胞时可显著激活其上皮间质转化过程并导致肿瘤侵袭和迁移的发生。本篇就 TGF-β1 与上皮间质转化(EMT)在妇科肿瘤中的相关作用进行讨论。
