摘要

目的：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)被定义为不完全可逆的气流阻塞，并伴有持续的呼吸道症状，包括呼吸困难、咳嗽和多痰。在全球均有较高的发病率和死亡率，造成巨大的经济和社会负担，所以预防急性加重和住院是治疗策略的主要目标，但仍是一项未满足的重大需求。LABA/LAMA /ICS 固定剂量组合即长效β受体激动剂 （LABA）、长效胆碱能拮抗剂（LAMA）与吸入皮质类固醇（ICS）的联合疗法，是近几年国内外对中重度慢阻肺稳定期治疗的研究热点。本文对 LABA/LAMA /ICS 固定剂量组合治疗中重度慢阻肺稳定期的研究进展进行综述。
