Genistein 对糖尿病心血管并发症作用机制的研究

摘要


目的:糖尿病是一种内分泌代谢紊乱引起的慢性疾病,已经发展成全球性公共健康问题。目前,全球糖尿病患者已达约 4.25 亿。据估计,到 2045年糖尿病发病率将增加 48%。糖尿病是终末期肾病、成人视力障碍及心血管疾病的主要原因。Genistein,一种天然的主要存在于大豆类的植物雌激素,在肿瘤、心血管疾病等多种疾病预防中具有十分重要的意义。既往研究表明,膳食补充植物雌激素可以预防动脉粥样硬化。本文主要通过阐述Genistein 对糖尿病心血管并发症作用的机制、现状,以期改善糖尿病合并心血管并发症患者的预后。
