比较传统造口底盘和可塑性造口底盘对减少患者刺激性皮炎发生率的效果综述

摘要

目的: 传统的造口底盘需要患者自行剪切以适应造口尺寸，不适宜的尺寸会导致排泄物渗漏致刺激性皮炎，所以患者需要掌握良好的造口剪切和测量技巧。可塑性造口底盘可以收缩和扩张以适应造口大小，减少皮肤和底盘之间的间隙，从而降低排泄物渗漏率，减少造口周围刺激性皮炎的发生。本文献回顾旨在比较和评估传统皮肤底盘和可塑性造口底盘在降低成年患者的造口周围刺激性皮炎发生率方面的效果。方法:本综述使用PICO 模型来制定研究问题和纳入标准的关键词，并应用布尔运算符来搜索和确定合适的研究。最后，从各种数据库中选择了 5 篇文章，并使用批判性评价技能计划（CASP）进行评估。研究结果:这五项研究比较了造口周围刺激性皮炎的发生率，并讨论了引起皮炎的相关因素。结果显示，可塑的造口底盘可以显著减少口周刺激性皮炎的发生。
