大肠癌和代谢综合症的关联性研究

摘要

目的：当前，大肠癌的发病率在我国处于逐年上升的趋势并居高不下。仔细研究不难发现，该疾病的发生和发展有多种多样的原因，纵使相关的检查和药物、手术等治疗水平已经较以前有了很大的提升，但是大肠癌的预后和存活率仍然不能让人满意。针对这种情况，可以从疾病的预防阶段开始入手，通过减少大肠癌的发病高危因素使其发生率大大降低。 近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高和生活环境发生的变化，诸多分析表明，代谢异常引起的健康问题越来越严重，而大肠癌也是其中之一。 何为代谢综合征？它是一种病理性的身体异常代谢状态，包括肥胖和糖尿病、高血压、高血脂，几种慢性疾病组合到一起，对身体产生不良影响1。代谢综合征是大肠癌的高危因素这一论点，已在多项学术研究中被提及2。为此，本文将会把代谢综合征这几种因素与大肠癌进行阐述，目的在于探讨其相关性和敏感性。
