老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折治疗进展

摘要

目的：骨质疏松性骨折常由于单纯骨质疏松引起，多见于老年人。骨量的流失和脊柱椎体压缩性骨折导致患者出现脊柱向后突起畸形，引起长时间背痛，使患者的日常生活受到严重影响。随着人口老龄化程度的提高，以骨质疏松为主要原因的OVCF已成为世界范围内最主要的健康问题之一。目前，OVCF的治疗方法多种多样，现对OVCF的主要治疗方法进行综述，以指导临床工作。
