癫痫患儿共患注意缺陷多动障碍的危险因素

摘要

目的：注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）是癫痫的一种常见共患病，影响着许多癫痫儿童。大量研究表明孕母妊娠期间使用丙戊酸钠，单独使用托吡酯以及多种抗癫痫药物（AEDs）的使用，与癫痫儿童共患ADHD密切相关。有ADHD家族史、智力和发育障碍以及更高的发作频率和更长的病程的癫痫儿童有更高的风险患ADHD。性别，起病年龄，脑电图以及癫痫发作类型对癫痫儿童共患ADHD的影响尚无统一观点。
