双氧水的合理使用

摘要

目的：双氧水又称过氧化氢，具有较强的消毒、杀菌效果，是临床常用的消毒剂。由于其在人体内的代谢产物为氧气和水，以前认为临床运用安全无害。然而，不适当的使用双氧水会对人体产生不良的影响，轻者影响伤口愈合，重者造成气体栓塞和心跳骤停，甚至死亡。本文通过回顾相关文献，总结了双氧水的应用现状和不当使用的危害，希望对临床工作具有指导意义。
