运动对糖尿病人群动脉僵硬度的影响综述

摘要


目的:心血管疾病(cardiovasculardisease,CVD)是中国死亡和过早死亡的主要原因[1,2] ,占中国人口死亡的40%[3] 。尽管人们的生活方式发生了 许多有利的变化,但由于人口增长和老龄化及生活方式不佳,心血管疾病的主要危险因素高血压、高胆固醇血症和高血糖未能得到有效控 制。有氧运动作为预防慢性非传染性疾病的基石[4] ,以往的研究主要侧重于运动对血压的影响,本综述的目的是回顾梳理有氧运动运动对糖 尿病人群动脉僵硬度的影响。
