老年自然人群肌少症的调查

摘要

目的了解新疆农牧区老年自然人群肌少症的患病情况。方法采用多级随机抽样方法，在北疆木垒县、南疆洛浦县的≥60岁老年人群开展肌少症横断面流行病学调查。结果该人群肌少症患病率为11.8%，男（13.5%）、女（10.3%）间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；随着增龄，肌少症患病率逐渐升高（P<0.001）。南疆和北疆肌少症患病率分别为15.8%、7.0%（P<0.05）；二元logistic回归分析显示：高血压者患肌少症OR值是0.458；独居老人患肌少症OR值是1.903；与文盲老人相比，小学、初中及以上文化水平的老人患肌少症OR值分别是0.647、0.301。结论新疆农牧区老年自然人群肌少症患病率较高，且南疆高于北疆；增龄、独居是老年自然人群肌少症患病危险因素。
