关于血小板输注无效发生机制的研究进展

摘要

目的：血小板输注无效是临床中常见的治疗出血性疾病面临的难题。导致PTR发生的原因有两种，一种是非免疫因素，另一种是免疫因素。本研究系统介绍了关于造成PTR的两大因素，并发现在免疫因素中，可能存在其他机制尚未挖掘，本文对未来研究PTR的方向进行了系统性分析及展望。本文综述了近年来对PTR发生因素的最新研究进展，并未来研究PTR的方向进行了展望。
