外周造血干细胞移植的全程优质护理干预

摘要

目的：探讨采用全程优质护理对外周造血干细胞移植进行干预的效果。方法：选取2021年12月至2022年12月我院收治的50例需移植外周造血干细胞患者，根据护理方案差异性将其分为观察组与对照组两组，每组各25例。其中对照组采用常规护理方案，观察组则在常规护理基础上，采用全程优质护理进行干预。护理结束后，分析对比两组护理效果。结果：通过采用不同护理方案，观察组护理效果优于对照组，两组对比具有显著差异性（P<0.05）。结论：采用全程优质护理对外周造血干细胞移植进行干预，可有效减少不良症状及并发症，提升治疗疗效，减轻损伤，具备临床意义与价值。
