根管冲洗剂的相关性能研究

摘要

目的:彻底清除根管中的感染物质是根管治疗的关键步骤。但根管系统的解剖较为复杂，制备根管的过程中，大量的牙本质残留物和唾液混合后将形成玷污层。且现代根管治疗对根管内封药的注重程度偏低，这就对根管冲洗剂具有较高的要求。本文对根管冲洗剂的主要性能（去除玷污层性能及抗菌性）作一综述，旨在为临床实践提供一些参考。
