干燥综合征患者心理状态分析

摘要

目的：干燥综合征（SS）是一种淋巴细胞增殖和进行性外分泌腺体损伤为特征的慢性炎症性自身免疫病，其发生发展与心理因素具有一定关系。压力和情绪可能影响免疫系统，进而促进免疫功能紊乱。同样，免疫系统疾病作为全身性疾病，也可能会影响患者情绪状态。心理弹性作为积极心理学的一部分已成为国内外研究的热点领域，越来越多学者研究心理弹性和情绪障碍的发展之间的关系，对于患有慢性疾病的患者是一种宝贵资源。焦虑抑郁等心理因素，对患者的依从性及生活质量具有极大的负面影响，故本综述总结了焦虑抑郁、心理弹性对SS患者的影响，SS患者焦虑抑郁发展的可能发病机制以及此类患者的管理方面的最新进展。
