无痛胃肠镜相关并发症研究进展

摘要

目的：随着社会的发展和医学的进步，无痛胃肠镜技术日趋成熟，无痛胃肠镜在给人们带来舒适的体验感的同时，也并存在着相关风险。无痛胃肠镜中实施的程序性镇静的目的是安全有效地控制疼痛和焦虑。胃肠镜检查中与镇静有关的并发症一旦发生，可导致患者发病与死亡率的增高。此文章旨在对目前无痛胃肠镜常见相关并发症进行归纳整理，并报道如下。
