注意缺陷多动障碍儿童情绪失调特征对临床识别与干预的启示

摘要


目的:注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficithyperactivitydisorder,ADHD)是一类患病率较高的发展性神经发育障碍,其核心症状为注意缺陷、多动和冲动。以往的研究主要关注了ADHD的执行功能,近年来探究视角也扩大到情绪失调,本文通过文献检索,从ADHD儿童情绪失调的两个独特临床特征、内在病因机制以及干预的角度进行回顾,提出有必要将情绪失调症状纳入ADHD的临床评估体系,进而开展更为精准的病因学及临床干预研究,促进对ADHD临床特征更加全面地认知和理解。
