老年自然人群肌少症的调查

摘要


目的:了解新疆农牧区老年自然人群肌少症的患病情况。方法采用多级随机抽样方法,在北疆木垒县、南疆洛浦县的≥60岁老年人群开展肌少症横断面流行病学调查。结果:该人群肌少症患病率为11.8%,男(13.5%)、女(10.3%)间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着增龄,肌少症患病率逐渐升高(P<0.001)。南疆和北疆肌少症患病率分别为15.8%、7.0%(P<0.05);二元logistic回归分析显示:高血压者患肌少症OR值是0.458;独居老人患肌少症OR值是1.903;与文盲老人相比,小学、初中及以上文化水平的老人患肌少症OR值分别是0.647、0.301。结论:新疆农牧区老年自然人群肌少症患病率较高,且南疆高于北疆;增龄、独居是老年自然人群肌少症患病危险因素。
