REST表达与胶质瘤卒中患者预后相关性研究

摘要


目的:探讨 REST 表达与胶质瘤卒中患者预后相关性研究。方法:收集患者的年龄、性别、体重、身高、民族、既往史、家族肿瘤史、手术时间、手术类型、肿瘤大小、肿瘤出血量、WHO 分期,检测对 21 例胶质瘤卒中患者肿瘤组织和 10 例脑外伤正常脑组织样本中GFAP、Ki67、P53、IDH1 突变、MGMT 启动子突变,分析 REST 的表达水平。结果:REST 的高表达与患者的肿瘤大小,肿瘤出血量、WHO分期以及 P53、Ki67 显著性相关。同时 REST 高表达患者预后相比 REST 低表达患者总体生存期更短。结论:REST 表达水平与胶质瘤卒中患者术后预后正相关,为神经胶质瘤卒中患者的治疗提供新理论依据。
