护理流程管理结合健康宣教用于支气管镜 Ebus-Tbna 检查患者中效果

摘要

目的：探析经支气管针吸活检术（endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needleaspiration，EBUS-TBNA）患者中，实施护理流程管理结合健康宣教的价值。方法：选取 52 例经 EBUS-TBNA 检查的患者，摸球法分组，对照组、观察组各 26 例，分别实施常规护理、护理流程管理联合健康宣教，比较两组护理结局。结果：与对照组相比，观察组对 EBUS-TBNA 认知度与配合度均较高（P＜0.05）；SAS、SDS 评分相比，护理后观察组评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：EBUS-TBNA 患者检查中，实施护理流程管理结合健康宣教，能有效提升患者对 EBUS-TBNA 的认知程度与配合度，缓解患者不良情绪。 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of nursing process management combined with health education in patients with endobronchial needle guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA). Methods: 52 patients who were examined by EBUS-TBNA were divided into control group and observation group by touch ball method, 26 cases in each group. Routine nursing, nursing process management and health education were carried out respectively, and the nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result: Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher recognition and coordination of EBUS-TBNA (P<0.05); Compared with the SAS and SDS scores, the scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: During the examination of EBUS-TBNA patients, the implementation of nursing process management combined with health education can effectively improve the patients' awareness and cooperation of EBUS-TBNA, and alleviate the patients' bad mood.
