奥氮平诱导肝脏糖代谢紊乱模型建立的观察

摘要


目的:观察奥氮平诱导肝脏糖代谢紊乱模型,为临床预防性治疗血糖异常提供理论依据。方法挑选雌性KM小鼠40只,随机分为2组,分别为对照组、奥氮平组,各20只。奥氮平诱导建立小鼠肝脏糖代谢紊乱模型,按5mg/(kg·d)对小鼠进行奥氮平溶液灌胃处理,每天1次。对照组正常饮食,不作特殊处理,持续6周。检测小鼠体重、进食和饮水、血糖浓度及肝脏组织病理情况。结果持续给药6周后,与对照组比较,奥氮平组小鼠日均进食和饮水量都显著的增加(P<0.05),引起奥氮平组小鼠体重增长量和体重增长比都显著高于对照组(P<0.05);持续给药6周后,与对照组相比,奥氮平给药组小鼠的肝脏体质量显著增高(P<0.05);第6周后,与对照组比较,奥氮平组小鼠空腹血糖显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奥氮平组肝脏组织结构被破坏,细胞间隙模糊,部分细胞胞浆出现空泡状的脂肪变性。结论奥氮平可导致小鼠体重增加,血糖水平上升。
