右美托咪定用于气管插管的研究进展

摘要

目的：气管插管常用于全麻手术患者，接受其操作时会导致心血管应激反应，给患者带来不利影响。右美托咪定是有效的α2肾上腺素受体激动剂，起效和持续时间均较短暂，对呼吸的抑制作用微小，同时能抑制应激反应。因此，本文总结了右美托咪定在减轻气管插管时心血管应激反应的机制、优点及应用。
