sdLDL-C、PL、RLP-C与动脉粥样硬化

摘要

摘要：目的：一般来说，LDL-C被认为是导致动脉粥样硬化的最重要的危险因素之一。然而，越来越多的临床结果发现，传统的危险因素只能部分预测AS发展的风险，仍有相当一部分人群的发病风险不能得到准确预测，因此，我们迫切需要寻找新的指标来准确预判心脑血管疾病的发生，本文就目前发现的一些新的血清标志物（sdLDL-C、PL、RLP-C）与动脉粥样硬化的关系进行了总结。
