体位性低血压诊疗的研究进展

摘要

摘要：目的：体位性低血压(orthostatichypotension，OH)由于其发病隐匿，发病机制特殊，临床症状多元化，因此导致其在治疗过程中常被忽略，但其常会导致严重的不良事件的发生，创伤性跌倒，缩短预期寿命，并增加各种主要心血管疾病的风险，极大程度的降低老年人群的生活质量。相关研究表明，OH是死亡的独立危险因素，5年内的死亡率为45%。大量的研究证实，OH的发病率与年龄密切相关，而且随着人口老龄化的到来，老年患者住院人数不断的增加，OH的发病率也在老年人群中不断上升。本文将从OH的流行病学、发病机制、临床特点以及治疗等方面作一综述，以期为OH的进一步诊治提供参考价值。
