摘要

摘要：加拿大作业表现与参与模式(Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement , CMOP-E)是由加拿大作业表现模式(Canadian
Model of Occupational Performance , CMOP)发展而来，加拿大作业表现量表（Canadian Occupational Performance Measure, COPM）是以 CMOP-E
模式为基础提出的一种半结构性的会谈的作业活动行为的评估方法。本文将主要介绍 COPM 量表的应用情况及其具体内容，以期让更多的
作业治疗师了解并使用 COPM，从而不断提升国内作业治疗的水平。
